How many Stops you have on your Food and Wine Walking Tour?
We have 9 stops on our “Food & Wine Walking Tour”, 11 food tastings and 6 drinks.
The Tour starts at 10.30am (meeting point at 10:15am and starts as soon as the group is complete) and it usually ends between 13.00am and 13.30am depending on each group. Stops are made along the way and the distance between them is very short.
You will try our Typical Madeiran food, the famous poncha, Madeira wine and much, much more.
What is the maximum number of people on your Full Day Tour?
The maximum number of people on our Full Day Wine Tour is 7.
This allows us to provide a more personal and intimate experience to our customers. It is also allow us to perform pick ups and drop offs faster.
Which minivan do you use on your Full Day Wine Tour?
We use a small 7-seater minivan to guarantee an excellent service. It is a Mercedes Vito Avant Gard with air conditioning included and spacious seats.
Do you do pick ups and drop offs?
The Full and Day Wine tour includes pick ups and drop offs in Funchal.
You just need to email us with the name of the hotel you are staying. We were forced to exclude pick ups outside Funchal because they took too long and put the entire tour at risk.
To customers outside Funchal, the meeting point for the “Full Day Madeira Wine Tour – Vineyards and Cellars” is right at the city centre, at “Posto de Turismo Funchal (Tourist Information Desks) – Avenida Arriaga” at 09.15am, right next to Madeira Wine Lodges.

How many people do you need for a picnic in the vineyards?
Spend a relaxing afternoon on a special vineyard and in the company of our wines.
Picnics are adjustable for groups of 25 to 50 people and prices vary according to requests. We offer pairings with still wines and fortified wines.
How can you pay? Which Payment Methods do we use?
Payments on our website can be made with PayPal or Credit Card. Sometimes our system suggests paying with PayPal, but there is always the option to pay with a credit card. You do not need to register with Paypal

We use a Paypal Platform and according to its website, PayPal is the more secure way to shop online because the seller never sees your credit card number.
